Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and deliver it to the designated courier.
We cover all return shipping costs as part of our commitment to providing you with a seamless experience.

Important Information

For hygiene reasons, personal care and beauty products are non-returnable once purchased.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
