At Lemoira, we strive to provide the best shipping experience at the lowest possible cost, while reserving the right to adjust prices from time to time according to logistical conditions.

1. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated upon completion of the checkout process based on your location and are added to the order value. The amount shown upon completion of the checkout process is the final cost of shipping the order to the customer.

2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Processing Time
Orders typically ship within one to three business days from the date of payment.
Our warehouse operates 24/7, excluding public holidays when the warehouse is closed. We strive to minimize any potential delays.

2.2 Delivery Time and Fees
We currently ship within the UAE.

2.3 Change of Delivery Address
We may change the delivery address upon customer request before shipping the order.

2.4 Out of Stock Items
If any item is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately, and the remaining items will ship within three days. 2.5 Exceeding Delivery Time

Any order that does not arrive within 5 business days of the agreed delivery date must be reported via email. Larovi is not responsible for orders not reported within this period, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Tracking Notifications

Upon shipment, the customer will receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment status according to the shipping company's updates.

4. Package Damage in Transit

If the package is damaged upon delivery, it is best to refuse receipt and contact customer service.

5. Duties and Taxes

5.1 Sales Tax

If applicable, sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your location and added to the order value.

5.2 Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Some countries may impose customs duties or taxes upon arrival, which are borne by the customer.
If the customer refuses to pay these fees, the merchandise will be returned to Limoera at their expense, and they will be refunded the purchase price less the return cost. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.

6. Cancellation
If you change your mind before the order has shipped, we reserve the right to cancel it at any time prior to shipment. If the order has already shipped, please review the Refund Policy.

7. Insurance
Packages are insured against loss or damage up to the value determined by the carrier.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

We process the refund after the carrier completes its investigation of the order.

We process the refund after the carrier confirms the loss of the package.
